- Deposit and initial rent charge
- Utility bills, if they are charged by the University
- Other miscellaneous charges or fees, if applicable
- To clear existing arrears

Setting up a Standing Order for rent payment
When you have moved into your property you will be required to set up a Standing Order for rent payment.
